The Frequent Floater membership program has been developed to reward our regular customers for their travel with Stradbroke Ferries. Frequent Floaters are given points per dollar spent and once 1460 points have been accrued, a free standard return vehicle ferry trip may be used.
Applications can be lodged via:
- Fax: (07) 3821 5315
- Email: bookings@stradbrokeferries.com.au
Island Residents must complete the above form with an attached proof of residency. This will entitle our resident customers to a special fare.
All Frequent Floater members whose cards have expired need to complete the application form to have their details renewed. Island residents will need to attach another proof of residency. Alternatively, forms are available in the ticket offices and on board all vessels.
Applications will be processed within two weeks. If the membership card has not been received within two weeks of application lodgement, please contact us.
Terms and Conditions
Each customer has a unique Frequent Floater number. It is essential that you quote this number over the phone at the time of booking.
Frequent Floater card holders are required to be traveling in the vehicle and must be able to present their card upon request.
Frequent Floater points will not begin accumulation until the receipt of your Frequent Floater card. Points will not be entered for bookings travelled prior to this time.
For each dollar spent travelling in a standard vehicle with us you will earn one Frequent Floater point.
When you have accumulated sufficient FF points – 1460, our reservations system will provide your next return standard vehicle travel at no cost. Your points can only be used for a return trip, not a one way trip. Free trips can be booked online or over the phone.
Your points balance will be reduced by that amount with the issue of this travel and your accumulation will then continue.
Booking amendments can be made by phone on 3488 5300 or via the internet.
If you would like to check your point status or make any changes to your account, you can email us on bookings@stradbrokeferries.com.au and quote the card holders name and number.
Once your card has passed its expiry date, the account must be renewed with a new application form and residency details (if applicable).
